Called to ask a question, was immediately asked, "who is this, are you a client?" I told Cooper, "I am about to be." Then he said "can we set up an appointment." I said "yes." Then I asked, "does the next day work." Then he said, "We aren't accepting any more people this year." I already have my taxes done this year and have my refund already. I was just looking for someone to help me for the next year. Plus had a question that I needed answered because it regards and affects my taxes for next year. Do not use Cooper Glenn, he is rude and not very helpful and humble with his job.To response you gave bellow, he did not suggest any of that to me or give me those options. Thank goodness there are other CPA's.
