My wife and called to see if they were accepting new clients. We both knew we would not make the tax deadline this year. The woman who answered the phone I assume was the secretary was completely rude."Are you serious, the day before the tax deadline.... are you kidding me? If you call any accountant today they are going to shocked you are calling them," she said. I told her it wasn't necessary to be rude. Well, I called another company THE BEAN COUNTERS Bookkeeping and talked to Kay. She was very nice and professional and she even offered and filed an extension for us over the phone. So Debra, at Cooper CPA needs to be corrected. All accountants will not be rude the day before the deadline. Just her office.
