Concentra in Chatsworth provided me with the most unprofessional and unpleasant healthcare experience ever. My employer sent me for a work-related injury. I waited for 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room - while in severe pain. Then I had to answer the same 20 questions twice - while in severe pain. Again 25 minutes of wait time for xrays. Two X-ray technicians were trying to figure out how to take correct xrays. I was asked to undress in front of them. During the X-ray procedure, I could hear them deliberating on how to proceed. After 2 1/2 hours, I was again waiting- all while in severe pain. By then I was feeling extremely dizzy, asking for water. I was told there were snacks but nobody brought anything.After 3 hours of waiting, I walked out - still in severe pain.If you have any other options, I would recommend to not use Concentra but a healthcare provider that actually provides care to patients.
