Overall Feedback:
At concentra Decatur location. I arrived at 8:15am filled out paperwork and paid for service. I was told at 8:40am the person for my service is late and won't be in until 9:00am and there is one person ahead of me waiting on the same worker. Then receptionist said she had to back me out the system because they can't have "all that time going on the clock of me waiting." I stated, you will not do that let the time reflect the truth and she called the manager who stated," it is ok we will just write the time on the paperwork." Not please with the service or the wait. Not please that they wanted to change my wait time either.
