I am currently here and have been waiting for an hour to do a physical they just recently informed me that the paper work my employer needed to send over was never sent?!?!? Why does it take an hour to tell me something that takes about 5 mins send, if that! Completely irritated and btw no one has called me yet and the 2nd person who got here after me was called. The other reviews are completely accurate...AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST!
