2 hour wait 5 people in lobby when I showed up @ 3900 Paradise in Las Vegas. Was told to pay $20 to be seen. My in-network maximum out of pocket was met in February. Receptionist told me it would take longer while they verify with insurance. Shady if you can not read my benefits and see I have paid my maximum for benefit year Stay away!!!!!!My vision is getting worse I guess I will drive to the nearest ED/ER. If I injure myself or someone else maybe we can sue these jerks and get them off of Aetna's list of providers. This is absolutely absurd and disturbing that they are in health care.
