Due to the negligence of Concentra's medical providers I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I have tried to resolve this issue with Arthur Jimenez but he will no longer answer my calls or emails. I then reached out to the corporate team and they ignored me as well. This company claims they lost my medical records but signed documents for the paramedics when I was taken to the hospital. Concentra has by far the worst customer service, I would be ashamed to work for this company.
