Feedback:

Very unprofessional offered to make payments and they took me to court for an extra 25 dollars a month and then charge me court fees on top of that I have half a mind to turn them in to the better business bureau for there poor handling of situations

I have NO PROBLEM paying my bills, EVER! I have a bill with this creditor for what should be $7 but is now $57 for Dr Vesley in Ottawa. This creditor had $32 of MY MONEY for 5 months, but a missed appt fee 5 months later gave me a balance of $7. Well, instead of waiting for my next appt, they sent me to collections. Ok fine. Well, when I received the information from CPI, the contract was clearly altered and there are statements listed that were never received (and conveniently, I was not charged for). As I tried to explain all of this, the very rude lady kept cutting me off as I am trying to explain why I refuse to pay a 123% upcharge when they didn't have any problem holding my money from me, then proceeded to try and tell me what she believed happened here, when she can't even do simple math! So when I happily state I will pay the $7.10 that I rightfully owe and she responded with "WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT."

This company is completely UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I called in to settle a situation and was interrupted continuously, yelled at and abruptly hung up on by an angry worker whom did want to hear anything that I had to say nor did she answer any of my questions. Who in their right mind will just willing give a company money who does not 1.answer the phone stating what company they are and 2. will not provide you with any information that you're asking for.?! After having the ignorant, incompetent, simple minded associate who's incapable of professionally articulating her thoughts hang up on me, I called back to speak to her superior (whom did not immediately apologize for her associates behavior) to gain clarity on my options and how to rectify this situation and she was disinterested and unhelpful stating that she will send me an itemized statement. Now I'll definitely be contacting The attorney General office as well as the BBB. No one should ever be treated in such poor taste when they're calling to spend their money and make a payment.

As promised to the unprofessional agents, I am taking time out of my busy day to agree with the other reviewers on this "business" and give a one star rating merely because there was no option for NO star. It seemed the "professional" I had the displeasure of speaking with was personally offended by my situation. She talked over me, raised her voice, demanded unnecessary information from me, made condescending remarks, and finally hung up on me. I called back to deal hopefully with a competent supervisor and inquire about the aggressive behavior I had to deal with on their end, but it seemed too much for their staff to handle correctly. Sorry to all else who will have to deal with them in the future. I realize dealing with an agency such as this is never a positive experience, but this went above and beyond rude, immature, and again UNPROFESSIONAL.

Filed Bankruptcy Chap. 7 and on my discharge date I noticed my accounts were still open on my credit report. I called to ask why. Mind you, very polite. They transferred me to a guy who right off the bat was RUDE. It irritated me that he was rude, so I asked him why he had an attitude? He said no, he did not then told me my accounts were still open because they never got my discharge letters. I told him that was a perfectly understandable reason and that's all I was calling about. Also told him I would mail them a copy. If there was a choice for 0 stars, that's what they would get.

This collection agency collaborates with Plainfield Pediatric Dentistry. The dentistry work was comparable with other dentists we have visited in the past.The 1-star rating is for what happened after care was provided. I never received a bill from this company, nor did I get a call regarding an amount due. It was very easy to assume that this was covered by my insurance as I never received and explanation of benefits or a bill. After moving across the country due to a family death I received an alert, months later, from "COLLECTION PROFESSIONALS." A puny 361.80$ and a lack of communication resulted in this review and also me never doing business with this company again. There was no reason for collections to be involved considering my relationship with this company, well at least that was my interpretation. Plainfield Pediatric Dentistry and Tom the dentist obviously feel differently and have a separate interpretation of our relationship, yet they made us feel just like family at least initially. Thanks for pulling my babies teeth but your lack of professionalism thereafter will not be forgotten.The collection agency was unwilling to listen or attempt to understand the circumstances above. Greg would interrupt and rebuttal my explanation with perfect scenarios to avoid the situation explained above. He should understand that death is unplanned in almost all cases and that the survivors life changes can be extensive thereafter. Perfect scenarios are few and far between during death and the grieving process, and your lack of understanding and rude demeanor only makes healing more difficult. Things aren't perfect at times and in those times understanding and consideration should be a primary focus. I pray for your understanding in the future.

Turned over a collection case to them, and they did nothing! Then the quit working on it and didn't bother to let us know! Told us to hire an attorney, we should of done that to begin with! Don't waste your time with them!

When I tried to find out exactly how many payments I needed to make & asked questions about the interest this lady no joke just yelled & hung up on me when I was nothing but polite to her. Ridiculous never had worst customer service in my entire life.
