It is impossible to get in touch with someone from all numbers they provide on their website. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get information pertaining to school paperwork I have to submit. I have paid for the services and the service thus far has been absolutely horrible!!! Anytime you call it will tell you to call back before or after “peak hours” but when you do... you get the same automated message stating the same thing. I waited on hold for 45 mins and then the call just “ended”. It’s evident they don’t care for their customers and I have absolutely no idea why any school or business would use them.

The use of this company is a requirement by my University like it is for many others. I have corrected them on two errors they have made with my documents. The first time they fixed it quickly but this time they are really dragging their feet and not addressing my service requests after a few days. I waited a very long time to get someone to "chat" with yesterday and they still have not been able to get answers for me or corrected their error. If you try to call the automated service tells you the call volume is high.

We are mandated to use this program for school and it is just garbage! Not only did I have to pay $35.00 just to upload my personal information to the site (literally it just stores my documents-it does not help retrieve any information), but they also have horrible customer service. I called, because their site is NOT user friendly and I couldn't locate a form. It took me awhile to even get to the area I needed help in-way too many buttons pressed and time spend listening to an automated system and when I did get to where I wanted-of course there were high call volumes.

Horrible Horrible Horrible - This is an insanely terrible service that my University requires. It is incredibly unreliable. Web technology is ancient and horrible access to customer service. Constantly bombarded with error messages for no good reason. Please developers out there develop something better because this is just so so so bad and a waste of time and money. Even their telephone help line doesn't work properly. Invest in better technology!!!
