We are so thankful and appreciative for all the work and effort that Bambee puts into our company! Cody, our HR Specialist, has been amazing and invaluable when it comes to keeping our company compliant, especially with employee relations. Cody always gives me a call right away when something needs to be discussed, or a question answered. It's so reassuring to know that we aren't falling short when it comes to HR components of our business. We definitely plan to partner with Bambee for the long haul, and use their services for all future businesses. Thank you, Cody, and the entire Bambee team!

I'm not one to review many things online but people have to know how much Bambee HR and my rep Carley has improved my business and my day to day routine since signing on with them. Being able to access them almost anytime for HR needs has really made being a small business owner much more manageable. Carley is very attentive and always knows the right thing to in any given situation when called upon - which is often sometimes. And the fact that it's all done online allows me to access her services on my time. Truly an amazing resource to have in this day in age.

On Feb. 19, 2019, we had detail conversations about our companies, it is very frustrating that you have not provided us any HR services. We only received excuses after excuses on why your company cannot perform the services. Please understand due to the reasons below we are demanding a full refund.Reason 1: On Feb. 19, 2019, Joey Joyce Bambee HR provided false information stating that Bambee platform can support multiple companies with one single sign-on.Reason 2: On Mar. 03, 2019, Bambee charged $1000.00 setup and $199.00 service fee but never setup anything or provided any service. Reason 3: My team had multiple conversations with Diana Bambee HR Manager about the setup with no results. A complete waste of my company time and resources.Reason 4: On Mar 15, 2019, we received an e-mail from Cody Bambee HR stating I am covering Diana's communications while she is out of the office. Then a few days later, he stated that Diana was promoted so he will be handling our account. We had to start all over again and explain our operation to another Bambee employee.Reason 5: On May 1, 2019. we received an email from Cody Bambee HR stating “Long time no talk! Looks like we need to separate your 3 locations into separate billing. Let me know a good time we can connect to discuss best next steps.”Reason 6: On May 3, 2019. we sent an e-mail stating “At this point we would like to cancel our account and be provided a refund”. On May 04, 2019, Bambee charged our credit card anyway for services not provided.

I am writing this review exclusively because of George. He helped me tremendously with compliance and employee relation issues my company was struggling with. His communication and personal skills were what really helped my employees connect. He is a truly an asset to this company and I am grateful for his help. I recommend him and this company.

As a client who was unhappy with the initial on-boarding of my company, I was ready to walk away. When the HR Director called and requested I give another manager at Bambee a try. At first, I was hesitant. In the end I agreed and I am so happy that I did. Our HR Manager “George” is phenomenal! From day one George explained what it was that my company could expect from his HR management. His experience and comprehension of what I needed to meet compliance never fails.George has the outlook that everyone needs from an HR manager. His skill is evident in the documents he has created for my company. He pushes for integrity in the work place.His view of “making the rules clear so you don’t have to judge each situation” Is changing the way I run my company. It’s one thing to learn about the theories behind Human Resources, but applying the skills is another matter entirely. George has the skill to take a question explain the process w/o belittling or sounding pedantic. In my opinion everyone needs a “George”!

Extraordinary! I cannot begin to say how amazing it is to have an HR service like this readily available when youre a smaller company that hasn't had much experience in this realm. When I called I was immediately paired with an HR expert, George. After several conversations with him about certain HR related issues we were facing, he lead us out of the dark and showed us guidance on the appropriate steps needed to avoid potential future problems. I'm so grateful for both this company, as well as the amazing representative I was paired with to help us be successful as a business! Thanks a ton!!!!

I'm thankful to have Bambee to help navigate the day-to-day HR needs so that I'm able to focus on my business. My dedicated HR Manager, Claudia, has helped get my employees to sign documents to keep me compliant, as well as walked me through a few situations that could've resulted in bigger problems. At the price point, I highly recommend all small and medium businesses get this dedicated HR support!

I am so pleased with the service I received through this company. The product was phenomenal in itself, but I would definitely like to single out one of the reps George! When I first called, he not only jumped right in and helped me resolve the issues here at my business, he went above and beyond by following up, tailored it all to meet my business’s specific needs! I cannot stop raving about this product to other business owners who need an HR rep for their company! And I would strongly urge anyone calling to speak with this rep. Never have I seen such a strong level of professionalism.

As someone who doesn’t write reviews often, I had to take the time to mention how pleased I am with this service. This isn’t just one of those companies that will provide a half baked version of what you expect. They completely deliver on their promise to provide great HR services, all for a low fee! I called in and was setup with my HR Rep, George. He helped my entire business from facing potential lawsuits and potentially kept my business afloat for many years to come. Being a business owner and facing many day to day challenges, it’s calming to know this kind of product is available. And not to mention how extraordinary our rep was. He made sure to contact us, after hours to point out, and helped ease the stress while giving me guidance. All I can say is thank you bambee and George for the assistance! This is the BEST company out there! 🙌🏼

REALLY REALLY BAD Experience. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They basically will charge you upfront for the entire year, claim you get your money back if you quit at any point (minus the time you spent with them), and then not refund you the appropriate amount. I found them to be useless after 2-3 weeks of trying to get the HR person to actually respond to my emails and phone calls. She was disorganized, unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and overall just wasting my time. She wouldn't do things I needed urgently and instead said we must do things per protocol. I understand that but sometimes you need an urgent HR issue handled and that has to come first. No consideration for the client. They are just an example of the bad, garbage out there in the HR space. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
