Extraordinary! I cannot begin to say how amazing it is to have an HR service like this readily available when youre a smaller company that hasn't had much experience in this realm. When I called I was immediately paired with an HR expert, George. After several conversations with him about certain HR related issues we were facing, he lead us out of the dark and showed us guidance on the appropriate steps needed to avoid potential future problems.
