On Feb. 19, 2019, we had detail conversations about our companies, it is very frustrating that you have not provided us any HR services. We only received excuses after excuses on why your company cannot perform the services. Please understand due to the reasons below we are demanding a full refund.Reason 1: On Feb. 19, 2019, Joey Joyce Bambee HR provided false information stating that Bambee platform can support multiple companies with one single sign-on.Reason 2: On Mar. 03, 2019, Bambee charged $1000.00 setup and $199.00 service fee but never setup anything or provided any service. Reason 3: My team had multiple conversations with Diana Bambee HR Manager about the setup with no results. A complete waste of my company time and resources.Reason 4: On Mar 15, 2019, we received an e-mail from Cody Bambee HR stating I am covering Diana's communications while she is out of the office. Then a few days later, he stated that Diana was promoted so he will be handling our account. We had to start all over again and explain our operation to another Bambee employee.Reason 5: On May 1, 2019. we received an email from Cody Bambee HR stating “Long time no talk! Looks like we need to separate your 3 locations into separate billing. Let me know a good time we can connect to discuss best next steps.”Reason 6: On May 3, 2019. we sent an e-mail stating “At this point we would like to cancel our account and be provided a refund”. On May 04, 2019, Bambee charged our credit card anyway for services not provided.
