I had a great experience working with Denise at Arlington Resources. She reached out to me in the Spring inquiring if I would ever consider a change. I told her yes for the right role, and we discussed exactly what I was looking for. Over the next several months she kept in touch with me, and then in October she reached out with the perfect HRBP position. I really appreciated that she didn't waste my time presenting me with opportunities that did not fit my needs. I ended up accepting the position and am very happy in my new role. I would highly recommend Arlington if you are actively or passively looking for new HR opportunities, they are the best.

I've worked for a couple of different employment agencies over the years. One of the most important characteristics of an agency (besides providing steady work) is a good team of placement representatives. I'm very happy with my representative, Noori. She works so hard to get me placed on assignments, is a great communicator, always prompt in responding to my calls and emails and most of all treats me as a person, not just a resource to be used. All agencies have their pros and cons. In addition to my great rep, another pro is that Arlington Resources provides medical insurance. Two cons are that the time entry system is manual. I prefer being able to enter my time online and there are no paid holidays or vacation time. It's all about balancing the pros and cons and overall I'm happy with Arlington Resources.UPDATE: I found out that there is a holiday pay program that covers 6 holidays that you are eligible for after working 1000 hours. There is also a bonus program where if you work 1500 or more you can earn a $400 bonus. Additionally, there is a referral bonus program.

I had the privilege of working with Arlington Resources since the end of 2016. They were very hands on and determined to place me in a position that best suited my skill set and the needs of their client. More specifically my recruiter Noori did an amazing job staying in contact with me about openings as well as prepping me for my phone interview as well as in-person interviews.

I reached out to Arlington Resources back in 2011 after a restructuring took place at my former employer that necessitated a new job search. At Arlington, I had the great fortune to work with Barbara Verdin. Being a Recruiting Manager myself, I understand from the job seeker's perspective the need for a strong recruiter partnership with someone who is empathic, resourceful, and who is actually focusing on my career needs rather than just attempting to plug in a quick need with a client. Barbara, and all the staff at Arlington Resources, did that, and more. Five years later, I am still happily engaged at the employer Barbara introduced me to, and despite the time that has passed, Barbara STILL keeps in touch, celebrating my milestones along with me! You can't ask for a greater partnership in one's career than that.
