I had a great experience working with Denise at Arlington Resources. She reached out to me in the Spring inquiring if I would ever consider a change. I told her yes for the right role, and we discussed exactly what I was looking for. Over the next several months she kept in touch with me, and then in October she reached out with the perfect HRBP position. I really appreciated that she didn't waste my time presenting me with opportunities that did not fit my needs. I ended up accepting the position and am very happy in my new role.
