I reached out to Arlington Resources back in 2011 after a restructuring took place at my former employer that necessitated a new job search. At Arlington, I had the great fortune to work with Barbara Verdin. Being a Recruiting Manager myself, I understand from the job seeker's perspective the need for a strong recruiter partnership with someone who is empathic, resourceful, and who is actually focusing on my career needs rather than just attempting to plug in a quick need with a client. Barbara, and all the staff at Arlington Resources, did that, and more. Five years later, I am still happily engaged at the employer Barbara introduced me to, and despite the time that has passed, Barbara STILL keeps in touch, celebrating my milestones along with me!
