Be leery of making Saturday appointments at the O'Fallon office. One appointment, Anh was a no call/no show, with the excuse it was not placed on his calendar. One appointment, he canceled 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment, stating he was going out of town on a prearranged business meeting. With the additional inflexibility of scheduling time with clients (he only in the office Tuesday and Thursday), it is near impossible for him to be of assistance.

I can highly trust Anh Le and his staff with any tax issue that I might have. Recently I needed a copy of my tax return, I made a call to the office and within 15 minutes I had my copy. They are always friendly, fast to respond and makes sure he is up-to-date with all the tax codes to keep his clients in compliance. I have recommended Anh Le Cpa to my friends.

Anh Le and his staff are very easy to work with and extremely knowledgable about tax and tax laws. I fully trust my company with his staff to execute our quarterly taxes, payroll and yearly filings. Him and his staff are always there to answer any questions I might have with an email or phone call. He makes sure I am always compliant within the tax law. EDIT: This man had the audacity to reach out to others to get me to remove my review. He did not once reach out to my wife nor did he attempt to resolve our issues/concerns. On top of it all, his employee emailed my wife informing that she owed back taxes that needed immediate attention but after a trip to the IRS office, that proved to be FALSE. After reaching out to him asking why, guess what? No response; no email, no phone call. Horrible experience with this service. My wife filed with him in the past and has had nothing but a headache trying to get a copy of her taxes. He doesn’t respond to email and his employees are unprofessional and rude. It’s been a week of requesting tax papers via phone and email and no results. Beware.

Wonderful accountant. For those with negative experiences, all I can say is it is not my experience. He takes his time, he provides valuable feedback and really goes beyond to help a small business owner succeed.
