Be leery of making Saturday appointments at the O'Fallon office. One appointment, Anh was a no call/no show, with the excuse it was not placed on his calendar. One appointment, he canceled 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment, stating he was going out of town on a prearranged business meeting. With the additional inflexibility of scheduling time with clients (he only in the office Tuesday and Thursday), it is near impossible for him to be of assistance.
