EDIT: This man had the audacity to reach out to others to get me to remove my review. He did not once reach out to my wife nor did he attempt to resolve our issues/concerns. On top of it all, his employee emailed my wife informing that she owed back taxes that needed immediate attention but after a trip to the IRS office, that proved to be FALSE. After reaching out to him asking why, guess what? No response; no email, no phone call. Horrible experience with this service. My wife filed with him in the past and has had nothing but a headache trying to get a copy of her taxes. He doesn’t respond to email and his employees are unprofessional and rude. It’s been a week of requesting tax papers via phone and email and no results. Beware.
