I've been using 1099-ETC for years, and it's great. When I e-mailed customer support today, they got back within 10 minutes! The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful.

I've been using this product since 1991 and it's essential in my business. For one brief period, I was lazy and fell victim to the lure of a payroll company and their low introductory fees. But after they increased their rates, I came back to this program and vowed that I would always do payroll myself. And I have. I am a believer that everyone can do payroll themselves with this program including all monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, including W-2's, seamlessly. Each year since going back to this program, I've had my employee's W-2's on their desk by January 2 -- before the payroll companies. I am a user and can attest that this program works. In the 28 years that I've used this program I've only called tech support twice -- and both times, my questions were answered quickly on the first call. And unlike most companies, when you call tech support, it's all covered in the annual registration fee. You don't have to prepay or pay by the minute like some software companies.

I have been using their product since 1996. I am very satisfied with it and I recommended it to couple of my business associates. Their support team is very helpful and understanding. I am glad I am using their Software and I am going to keep using their product till I retire.

They appear to be long on promises and short on delivery. I can’t tell if they are intentionally misleading or just don’t know what they’re doing.I switched to their software this year because they told me their software did everything my previous software (EZ-W2) did, and it would be the same price. I wasn’t thrilled about having to learn a new software, but because AMS said their software was easier to use, I tried it. HUGE MISTAKE!!!Not only did it not do everything the old software did, it costs more than twice the price to be able to have the E-file option that was on my old program.

I have used this program on a daily basis for the past 20 years. They are without question, THE finest customer support I have received from any vendor over that span of time. I have had some highly intricate payroll issues that they have resolved rather quickly and they are, in no small measure, responsible for my company's successful payroll business.They are extremely helpful, extremely dedicated to their customers and highly responsive to any issues that may arise. I highly endorse their product.

We are a payroll service that processes several thousand quarterly returns each year and have been a customer of AMS for almost 20 years.They are first and foremost, incredibly knowledgeable in this area. Second, the software is superb. Third, easy data entry, easy processing.Most importantly, they are responsive to our needs. During our busiest period, the calls were answered at night and on the weekends.Great team, great service. Thank you, AMS.

Every time we call they are no help what so ever. So quickly to say it was our fault. I have proven on numerous occasions that the system is not calculating correctly and they tell me that I have to change it myself, or wait for an update. They are not up to date with new laws. On one occasion they told me I had to research the law myself and fax them a government copy. How ridiculous! What are we paying for? We recently changed to Intuit payroll and I have told all my accounting friends to do the same.
