They appear to be long on promises and short on delivery. I can’t tell if they are intentionally misleading or just don’t know what they’re doing.I switched to their software this year because they told me their software did everything my previous software (EZ-W2) did, and it would be the same price. I wasn’t thrilled about having to learn a new software, but because AMS said their software was easier to use, I tried it. HUGE MISTAKE!!!Not only did it not do everything the old software did, it costs more than twice the price to be able to have the E-file option that was on my old program.
