I've been using this product since 1991 and it's essential in my business. For one brief period, I was lazy and fell victim to the lure of a payroll company and their low introductory fees. But after they increased their rates, I came back to this program and vowed that I would always do payroll myself. And I have. I am a believer that everyone can do payroll themselves with this program including all monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, including W-2's, seamlessly. Each year since going back to this program, I've had my employee's W-2's on their desk by January 2 -- before the payroll companies. I am a user and can attest that this program works. In the 28 years that I've used this program I've only called tech support twice -- and both times, my questions were answered quickly on the first call. And unlike most companies, when you call tech support, it's all covered in the annual registration fee. You don't have to prepay or pay by the minute like some software companies.
