I rarely write bad reviews, because I was told if you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything, well my level of disgust with ADP superseded my belief and the "world" needs to know just how TERRIBLE ADP customer service and account Reps are. We have implemented ADP about 3 months ago and still encountering the same issues, with new problems occurring just about every payroll. I have reached out to the account Rep manager, which it took about a month before he even got back to me and even then he did absolutely nothing to fixed the errors. I requested for a new account Rep and was lied to; I was told we were assigned a new account rep, but yet the old account rep (the one that is making so many errors) continue to work on our account (at his leisure)! I wish I would have researched in detail on this company before choosing to utilize them as our payroll provider. I have emailed the Senior District Manager and the Sales Rep and heard nothing back from them. It's clear ADP don't care about their customers, only when they are potential customers. My actual rating is negative 5 starts!! ADP MUST TO DO BETTER!!!

there is no other way to put it. i am simply perplexed at the lack of care. shittiest company to ever exist. customer service isnt even worth the 1 star i am forced to give. if ur dealing with adp just know this, you probably wont get your money. if you get your money it will be weeks/months late (speaking from experience here). and no matter how many times you call them it will be the same 2 people to answer the phone, both with heavy forgein accents that dont help a god damn thing. ID RATHER PULL MY FINGERNAILS OFF ONE BY ONE THAN DEAL WITH ADP ONE MORE TIME!!!!

This company is the absolute worst. Do not do business with them. Businesses have to sue before they stop making unauthorized withdrawal from their accounts. Run!

Platform is easy to use but it’s clear they spend tons of money on the sales side and very little on customer service. They have many different departments that don’t talk to each other and it is very confusing to figure out who to deal with. The platform is great until you need help, then you’ll be frustrated beyond belief.

Customer service is terrible; at all times they want to transfer you to your account rep that has been assigned to the company; this new method or technique (at least for our company) is has gone down hill bad and it is bad; I do ignore if we got assigned an account Rep due to the size of our company, but, oh man it really sucks. whoever implemented this type of service, it is super inefficient. the platform is it friendly and easy to navigate, but, if you ever encounter with a problem or help, you may want to start praying; you feel helpless sometimes and you really have to knock on the REGIONAL MANAGER to get help sometimes. It is bad; if I had known ADP was this bad, I wouldn't never pick their services.

worst "service" imaginable! I have had an ADP account for over a year and neither I nor any of my colleagues can access the web site. nothing but endless frustration! there is no customer support! just a circular phone cue with no option to speak to a human being! this is literally a dehumanizing corporation showing utter contempt for it's customers!

As a customer of ADP, I must say that their payroll platform is very simple to use. Their customer service is horrendous and our rep is non-existent. I've even gone as far and asked for a new rep, they wont do that. I asked our rep if there was someone else to go to for certain questions, as to not bug her as much, no answer, however, she did read the email (we have a tool that tells us when people read our emails). If it weren't for their next day payroll, we would've left them for Coastal Payroll.

This company is horrible. My properties are now being levied by the IRS because of ADP & I was told I have to fix it. They also refuse to perform a payroll audit for workers comp because I overpaid and they know it. I've been trying for 4 months now & no one will return my emails or phone calls. This company is the worst. Stay away!

This place is horrible !! I have been trying to access my check stubs for over a month now. my employer gave me contact info to reach out to .I have done this but no response.Customer service is no help either . good luck even getting a human to answer a call. After waiting 45 minutes on hold finally got a person to answer but quickly transferred me to an automated message . This chain of events has happened several times. I had surgery almost two months ago and currently am not able to go back to work.ADP has made it impossible for me to get disability THIS PLACE SUCKS
