THE absolute WORST company to work with. I have used it in several jobs some where I had very restricted access and some where I had almost full access to the system. Customer Service is a joke! Most often used phrase "Let me escalate that for you"....A few weeks later "Oh no one took care of this for you, let me escalate that again for you". More recently we experienced a printing error on our live checks and want to say I couldn't believe that ADP doesn't have a process to ensure that this type of thing wouldn't happen but with everything I experienced with them just another thing they drop the ball on. They told us it only affected 7 employees and we are well over 7 employees at the moment. They are great for spinning every error you experience in their favor aka you caused it so they don't have to eat the cost of said error. If you are working with a PEO many of them use ADP is as well be sure to ask. TOTAL NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!

Cancelled using them in 2015 it's now 2018 and I'm still getting charged monthly for their services. I've called and emailed tons of times cancelled my policy numerous times and they are still stealing money from me

Horrible. I closed my accounts a year ago. Due to ADP withdrawing more money then they were supposed to for payroll and simple IRA. I received a call a month ago that my Simple IRA was still open and was going to have a monthly fee. I sent the email per there request that it was closed last January. 2 weeks after the email. I get charged a monthly fee for December. After being on hold for 30 minutes. I'm told I didn't cancel in time and will have to wait till next week. When a supervisor comes back from vacation. To see if I will be refunded my money. So Thank You ADP for confirming my choice to cancel doing business with you.

ADP is the worst payroll company. If you are considering hiring them for your payroll needs DONT. They change your payroll rep 5 billion times (exaggeration, but its still a lot). They have messed up our W2 Taxes for our employees and its been 3 months, still not fixed. This time we do have a better payroll REP but we are still having so many problems. The list goes on and on. Heed my warning.

Their customer service hold music was awesome. I'm not trying to be rude, but it honestly is really nice. Other companies should take a page out of the ADP book on hold music.
