Excellent customer service for both agencies making referral's and locum contractor's using their Umbrella Payroll service. Had great feedback from locum worker's that use their service so would recommend every time. Richard and the team are always professional and attend to every referral with great care and enthusiasm.

Awful company, payments are practically never on time, i've found myself waiting up-to 9 weeks for payments even when frequently chasing them (a necessary must if you want your money at all) . Their staff are incredibly unhelpful.

Terrible. Why do I have to click on a star? An accountant will oversea a group of trainees, that's what you are getting. It is likely they will cost you more money than you hope to save.

I had spent about 6 months as a customer of theirs. They have provided me with exactly none of the services they promised. Some of what I was promised: Full account review - I got a screen shot of my HMRC dashboard. PAYE review - Still waiting. They would deal with my VAT - Had a letter from HMRC asking why I hadn't submitted my figures. Self Assessment - Still waitingThey offered me a free month when I complained and promised they would do the above, I had to cancel my direct debit to stop them taking payment when after two months they had still not achieved anything they promised. Utterly useless, I strongly advise you avoid them at all costs.
