I was previously with this company having never had a limited company before this. Unfortunately the service received was not good at all. They did not do anything to ensure that my account was managed in a way that would be of benefit. On one occasion I ended up working out an error that had been caused by their staff member and needed to email the working out of the error so that the unqualified staff member would understand the mistake. If you want to spend more money than you need to and be stressed out and continuously frustrated then this is the company for you. If you want peace of mind and a compendent service avoid this company! Even when senior management were included in several emails, their attitude reflected the ethos of their company that they are not interested in providing a good service at all.
