I had spent about 6 months as a customer of theirs. They have provided me with exactly none of the services they promised. Some of what I was promised: Full account review - I got a screen shot of my HMRC dashboard. PAYE review - Still waiting. They would deal with my VAT - Had a letter from HMRC asking why I hadn't submitted my figures. Self Assessment - Still waitingThey offered me a free month when I complained and promised they would do the above, I had to cancel my direct debit to stop them taking payment when after two months they had still not achieved anything they promised. Utterly useless, I strongly advise you avoid them at all costs.
