Terrible responsiveness and rude people. Daughter had to do a drug test here and was stuck for a week and a half trying to reach one of their "doctors" to provide the reason why she had a positive test. She was kept on hold for over an hour at a time. Additionally, she had to provide three samples because the "nurse" had no clue what she was doing making her come back multiple times. I tried to contact the owner to get some answers. He blew me off at the office and never responded to my text. All of this has the potential to affect her ability to be employed. Never use this facility if you are an employer needing drug screens. I wish I could give them a "0" review.
