Terrible responsiveness and rude people. Daughter had to do a drug test here and was stuck for a week and a half trying to reach one of their "doctors" to provide the reason why she had a positive test. She was kept on hold for over an hour at a time. Additionally, she had to provide three samples because the "nurse" had no clue what she was doing making her come back multiple times. I tried to contact the owner to get some answers. He blew me off at the office and never responded to my text. All of this has the potential to affect her ability to be employed. Never use this facility if you are an employer needing drug screens. I wish I could give them a "0" review.

First appointment, they (2 people participating in handling my testing) cut my hair in 2 spots for hair test. They forgot to have me initial samples, and they put in wrong company sample packaging. Soooo I had to go for a second appointment. They (total of 3 people participating in my test to make sure everything is done correctly) cut another 2 hair samples (one from a very visible area of my the back of my head). That time between 3 people, the sample bag was not sealed properly!! 3 people couldn't complete 1 out of 2 (4 cuts made) hair samples for a pre-employment drug screening!!!

Very unprofessional and rude, bladder wasn't full enough, I had asked to wait in my car because I have small children I was told no and that they will tell me employer I refused. I'm in the medical this could ruin my career forever.
