We went to this firm for a free consultation for our business. We spoke about their services and what they offered and we were advised by Mr. Andrew Werner that he would not personally handle our account because he charges over $200. per hour and his company did not specialize in the services we were seeking. About 2 months later we received an invoice for $460.00 with absolutely no explanation of what services he thinks was offered. We had our free consultation and I asked for an explanation of this invoice and was never given any. I attempted contact by telephone, email and USPS to no avail. Be careful of this firm. He intentionally sent a bill to a collection agency in my personal name to harm my credit even though we consulted as a business - not personal. These people are dishonest and I only hope the Attorney General can help us with our dispute. Such poor business practices. You would think that being a CPA would ensure ethical practices. That is not the case here.
