Very happy with the service provided by Kris and his team. He provided a second look for our previous taxes and found we overpaid so a refund outside of tax season was a nice surprise. This year the process was smooth and stress free. Stephanie has also been great responding to emails quickly. We will be back next year.

This was a decent company the first year they took over and then the business model changed. I have been doing business with and have worked with Colleen years prior who was fine. Never had an issue . Apparently she left mid season with no communication on the company’s part. My taxes were sitting with this company for months, an extension was filed, it was getting late so inquired . No response the first time, I gave some time to reply since it was tax season and thinking it was in good hands... I inquired again and received an auto reply back that she was no longer with the company... in a panic I called the main line and looked up everyone involved with the company on the internet and chose some one named Joe. They got back to me right away and said it would be done in the next few days and gave me a contact named Ellen. I appreciated that to dissipate some of the fear. Ellen contacted me and worked on it .. I believe it was July at that point . I received questions that were obviousness was on the paperwork submitted but I answered them anyway... I eventually received them completed along with a bill for 750.00....... In the past the agreed upon fee was 250.00. I spoke to them and they used every excuse. Not once did anyone communicate to me that there was an increase of this magnitude... in all fairness I sent them a check for 300.00. 50.00 extra . I always paid 250.00 but I’m ok with alittle inflation. Everyone has there hand out today and inflation is real. They still want the 750.00 they never told me about. I have every communication since the beginning . At the end of the day ...Make sure you have everything in writing with who ever this new company is. It’s a shame, the Lehigh area consists of mainly good people, I have worked with people in the area over 10 years but this company does not belong there. I never have seen anything like this. They need business that bad that they have to do this kind of thing. If your already with them this year, just stay on top of it and ask questions to protect yourself.

I cannot speak highly enough of this accounting firm. They assisted me with complicated tax situation involving 2 businesses, personal taxes and a divorce, and they did in a timely fashion and with a smile despite it being their busiest time of year. I want to give a special mention to Michelle Koch for her organizational skills and Kristopher De Paulo for his expertise and speed of communication. I would use this firm time and time again,Thank you Werner & Co!

We went to this firm for a free consultation for our business. We spoke about their services and what they offered and we were advised by Mr. Andrew Werner that he would not personally handle our account because he charges over $200. per hour and his company did not specialize in the services we were seeking. About 2 months later we received an invoice for $460.00 with absolutely no explanation of what services he thinks was offered. We had our free consultation and I asked for an explanation of this invoice and was never given any. I attempted contact by telephone, email and USPS to no avail. Be careful of this firm. He intentionally sent a bill to a collection agency in my personal name to harm my credit even though we consulted as a business - not personal. These people are dishonest and I only hope the Attorney General can help us with our dispute. Such poor business practices. You would think that being a CPA would ensure ethical practices. That is not the case here.
