I could not be MORE horrified with our experience with them. The unit we rented through them (203 B Ocean Blvd, Emerald Isle) was supposed to be non-smoking and no pets, BUT it reeked of smoke, so much so that our clothes and suitcases smelled the car up on the way home, and there was pet hair all over the couch in the living room. We notified the broker we rented through (Tangie) and she said "oh, sorry for the inconvenience" but did nothing else. When I texted her pictures of how gross it was, she said she was out of town and sorry that we were disappointed. When we got home from our vacation, I called the owner (Lisa), and at first she was very apologetic and said she would refund us "as much as possible". But out of an almost $800 three-night-stay, she only refunded us $100. All she did was make excuses for Tangie and say she would give us a discount the next time we rented through them. NO THANKS!! With disgusting properties that they charge so much for, and horrible customer service, I cannot stress enough how much you should steer clear of this realty company!!!! I have NEVER written a negative review in my life, but this was just a horrible experience. If I could have left zero stars I would have!!!
