I don’t know if it’s the owners job or the realtors, but I drove pass a house today that I wanted to view and the grass and weeds were everywhere!! I wish I could post a picture cause I haven’t ever seen anything like it!! How do you expect to sell/rent something looking like that!!

This has to be one of the worst realistate companies that we have ever dealt with. The realator that worked with us, was very unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. When we had a matter that was taken to court about the house we were renting, the realator brought her husband who has no part in the business. He stood in the hallway outside of the courtroom telling people our business,. When i confronted him about what he was saying he proceeded to get very loud with me and he cussed at us and flipped my mom off. I will never rent from them again because of the lack of professionalism

This is the worst ran Real estate I have ever dealt with .. when moving into one of the rental properties we were told if we done work and will be taken off her rent that was all an incorrect run around why we had to go to court with this company a realtor Edith that her husband to court with her husband which is not employed through this company! he cussed me flip me off in the lobby and was telling everybody our rental business I called and spoke with Lisa and she could honestly care less about what happened ! So that being said Edith husband which is not employed again I repeat through the business had the right to go to court explain my case to people in the lobby that no one even knew when I ask him to not he said if you and flip me off and said find somewhere for you and your kids to live please explain to me how this is a proper ran business please think twice before going to this agency I am in the process of filing some charges

Wonderful company, wonderful people, have rented from them at least 4 times a year for many, many years. Prompt, wonderful properties, and always had a great experience. Have referred them to my family and friends and have even bought a house from them. Excellent!

I could not be MORE horrified with our experience with them. The unit we rented through them (203 B Ocean Blvd, Emerald Isle) was supposed to be non-smoking and no pets, BUT it reeked of smoke, so much so that our clothes and suitcases smelled the car up on the way home, and there was pet hair all over the couch in the living room. We notified the broker we rented through (Tangie) and she said "oh, sorry for the inconvenience" but did nothing else. When I texted her pictures of how gross it was, she said she was out of town and sorry that we were disappointed. When we got home from our vacation, I called the owner (Lisa), and at first she was very apologetic and said she would refund us "as much as possible". But out of an almost $800 three-night-stay, she only refunded us $100. All she did was make excuses for Tangie and say she would give us a discount the next time we rented through them. NO THANKS!! With disgusting properties that they charge so much for, and horrible customer service, I cannot stress enough how much you should steer clear of this realty company!!!! I have NEVER written a negative review in my life, but this was just a horrible experience. If I could have left zero stars I would have!!!

At Wave's Edge gets the job done! My family has plenty of properties that weren't being rented by other real estate agencies in town for months and months. As soon as Matt Cole got a hold of them though, they rented within 24 hours. Thanks At Wave's Edge!
