Ward did an incredible job providing all our rentals for our wedding this past September. As I did not have a planner, there were multiple changes to be made back and forth but it was such a pleasure to work with the team at Ward. I highly recommend working with Joeli for her excellent communication and organizational skills. As I was planning my wedding from out-of-town, most of our communications occurred via email or phone, which presents some difficulty in making sure your point gets across. However, all the miniscule changes and ideas I had recommended were easily made (with Joeli double-checking, and even correcting, mistakes made in the order form!). Most importantly, I had wanted market lights strung across the lawn and had received insane quotes from other rental companies. Ward was able to provide a lighting package that helped us stay within budget but also looked incredibly lovely and exactly what I had pictured.
