Overall Feedback:

I found Ward when at a wedding expo in Pinehurst back in January. I met with Candy who right from the beginning was just so genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. She immediately took the time to introduce herself and explained what the company did. She scheduled an appointment and we came back to meet her to discuss further details. She was very accommodating to our needs since we live in the Charlotte area. After meeting with her, we knew Ward was exactly what we were looking for. She helped direct us in the right direction for every aspect of our wedding planning. From table rentals, dish-ware, DJ, photo booths, and even rental games, Ward offers all of it and Candy helped get it all set up for us. They have great package deals to chose from and they were affordable for all it included. We chose to use a wedding coordinator through Ward and that also was such a great idea! I highly recommend having one for your big day!!Candy continued to show amazing communication from January even up to our big day in October. If that doesn’t speak volumes about Ward and who they hire to represent them then I don’t know what does. She was truly so wonderful to work with and I really am so thankful to have met her at the expo!I really appreciated the accountability Ward showed us when we had some things placed on our account that we ended up not using. They were quick to refund it back and apologized with an updated invoice to our emails promptly. That is very professional and shows they have integrity and do not take advantage of customers.Over all, I really can’t thank Ward or Candy enough for helping me plan our special day! If you’ve stumbled upon their page, you are in the right place and you need to book with them for your event! You seriously won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything! I will absolutely be coming back for future events and I will always have wonderful things to say about Ward.
