Don't waste your time going here. Last Tuesday I dropped off a lab coat for a simple embroidery job that I was told would take 20 minutes. The gentleman who I spoke with told me I could pick it up on the Friday of the same week. Last Friday I stopped by at 5pm to pick up the finished lab coat. When I arrived I saw my lab coat in the same spot on the desk that I had left it on Tuesday. When I asked if my lab coat was ready, the same gentleman looked at me and asked me if I had called before I arrived. I replied "no" and he said okay give me 20 minutes and I'll do it right now. When I told him I couldn't wait and had to leave he simply said "sorry," handed me my lab coat and I left.Please take your business elsewhere, if they aren't competent or professional enough to complete a 20 minute job in 3 days then they don't deserve to be in business. Find a place that believes in customer service and where they keep their word on when a job will be completed.

Have been doing business with Waltham embroidery for a while. Just picked up an order of custom shirts for my band, another good job, on time and a good price. He does the work shirts for my day gig too.

I called this business to discuss making T-shirts for a friend of mine to hand out to people who went on his boat. All I wanted to know was what type of artwork file they required. I planned on bringing in the file and choosing a few different shirts to try out. The store worker on the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE. All he kept saying in a tone of voice that seemed like I was bothering him by trying to give him business was "how many shirts do you want". SIMPLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. If they can't even be polite on the phone to a potential customer, imagine how they will treat you once they have your money!!! It's amazing places like this are in business. For the store owner, who I hope will care enough to talk to the person who answered the phone today, my call was at 9:45 AM on Wed June 5th.
