This issue was resolve This business is a joke. The staff is incompetent and the owner has no idea how to run a business. They advertise services they provide but when you contract with them to do that they are unable to fulfill their obligations. Was told they could conduct a DNA collection for one of my clients. After six weeks of constant excuses and lack of communication I was forced to go to one of their competitors. The owner will not return phone calls or emails. You can’t even get a person to answer the phone during business hours, always goes to voicemail. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with this organization, go to a competitor or for that matter anyone else. Very dishonest owner and staff. Very unfortunate when you are dealing with a highly emotional matter such as a DNA test. Owner - by just stating "this is false" that does not make it so. I have 20+ voicemails and emails from you to back up my review. When you operate your business this way you will get poor reviews. Take some responsibility for you and your staff...
