Make sure you make an appointment unless you are requesting on-site screening. I was fortunate enough to run into Ken in his office after being ill informed that it was a walk-in facility. It is not. Ken was nice and cordial and still took my pre-employment screening. Nice guy, very professional and helpful.

Vigilant Business Solutions is an extremely easy company to work with. I had no idea that they could set up a background screening program and drug-free workplace program in just one day!! The fact that they do drug screening at their client’s location is truly a cost saving measure for any business. Their written proposals outline all of the costs the client will have and they even include all of the fees their competitors hide in their proposals. This is a very upfront and honest company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

This issue was resolve This business is a joke. The staff is incompetent and the owner has no idea how to run a business. They advertise services they provide but when you contract with them to do that they are unable to fulfill their obligations. Was told they could conduct a DNA collection for one of my clients. After six weeks of constant excuses and lack of communication I was forced to go to one of their competitors. The owner will not return phone calls or emails. You can’t even get a person to answer the phone during business hours, always goes to voicemail. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with this organization, go to a competitor or for that matter anyone else. Very dishonest owner and staff. Very unfortunate when you are dealing with a highly emotional matter such as a DNA test. Owner - by just stating "this is false" that does not make it so. I have 20+ voicemails and emails from you to back up my review. When you operate your business this way you will get poor reviews. Take some responsibility for you and your staff...

I was referred to the company to take a pre-employment UA. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and they made setting up my appointment easy and accommodated my busy school schedule. When I arrived at their office I found it to be very clean and welcoming. I dealt with Ken for my testing, he was professional and informative, and was able to answer all of my questions. My employer received the results very quickly, allowing me to move on with my pre-employment process and get my job sooner than anticipated. I will definitely be returning to Vigilant Business Solutions for my future drug tests or background checks.

They do all the drug testing services at their clients locations which is a huge cost saving benefit.
