We have been working with Robin and her amazing staff since 2009. When we began our journey together, everything we had was "hardcopy". That is to say, we did everything by hand, from entering sales data to reconciling our bank statement. It took hours and hours, and lots of erasing. From the minute Robin entered our office, until today, it has been the best decision we have ever made as a company. Robin is the smartest, most organized, and easily accessible person I have ever encountered. Her knowledge of Quick Books and Quick Base cannot be matched. I have never encountered a problem that she could not fix within a very short time, and I have given her a lot!!! Her staff is so well trained that even if Robin is not available, there is always someone who can help. Our office is now "streamlined". What used to take us hours now takes minutes, we can find data at the touch of a keystroke, and any report that you can think up, we can produce! Our Quick Base has moved our inventory into the 21st century, and we are confident of all the data we have! As with Quick Books, with Quick Base and the touch of a couple key strokes we have any and all the data we need.
