Debatable. Went in for an ingrown nail. Dr gave me antibiotics and told me to soak my foot in epsom salt for 2 weeks. It somewhat helped, I ended up taking matters into my own hands after. Before that, I went in , and had a long wait because of my insurance card issue. Can’t have a picture. Have to to have a paper copy or have it faxed. Which was time consuming, apparently they can’t look up any info there. A different time, I called to see if they offer blood drawn pregnancy tests. I was told they DO. Drive the 35 min down there, to tell me that, “that’s outdated and isn’t offered here. Idk who told you that” Teach your employees some customer service skills. Make sure everyone gets the memo about these things. Not everyone has time to drive out of their way, to find out it was a waste and no one has correct information. There are other urgent cares. Steer clear of this one.
