Feedback:

Customer service has gone down the tubes I used to get my taxes done here for years. But folks there have. Forgotten how to treat people. They aren’t there to help, guide, teach anymore. You are just hearded in like cattle, with the hope you do better next year. My preparer never looked at me once. This used to be a family first oriented business, but things have changed. I’m very disappointed to the point I will have to find another office that will at least pretend to care.

Feedback:

Great service and information you need have been going here over 10 years now.

Feedback:

Had to stop by for some documentation to be notarized and they took very good care of me. They even told me that if anything wasn't done to the standards of the party that I sent the docs to, they'd rectify it free of charge. No complaints.

Feedback:

I used to like coming here. We have been using they're services since 2009, but now I have changed my mind drastically. While living abroad, the man told us we didn't have to file taxes, because we didn't have any income. We did have rental property, but he said that didn't count. He should know better with his extensive years of experience with tax services, therefore going against my thoughts, we followed his suggestion and just paid our property taxes every year. Consequently, three years later the IRS is on us for not filing for those years. Of course we didn't owe any money, but we had to file, pay late fees and pay him to do the paperwork. We went back again this year (I don't know why) and got the same man. Unfortunately, he made us feel unwelcomed. We went there to file our taxes for 2016 and to see if we needed any other supporting documents. When he saw that we were there not fully prepared for him to make quick money just before his next 4:00 appointment, he became frustrated. Regardless if he felt we were wasting his time or that we were unprepared with all the necessary documents, that was the point! We went there for his professional help and advice! I guess, because we look of Asian decent and he may think we don't speak English well, he thinks he needs to talk down to us and ask us if we know the meaning of basic tax service jargon, like "gross" income . My husband does have an accent and did most of the talking. He tried his best to understand the new steps for his 1099, but I tell you Sir, he isn't inferior as you made him feel. I listened and didn't talk much because I was shocked and felt very uncomfortable. Little does he know that I'm a natural born U. S. citizen, raised here in Killeen and I know the meaning of disrespect and bad service. Yes, Mr. Walter, I speak and understand English. Not to mention how he called us "Liars of Lairs" when my husband said he never accepted or received tips from his Uber driving job in 2016. He had only started in December of last year and SERIOUSLY didn't receive tips. To top it off, he threw a ledger book on the table and it slide across the table hitting my leg as it fell to the floor. Leaving my husband to pick it up. What kind of service is that? Being in a profession that values customers, I don't treat my clients that way. Maybe that's how you treat your customers, Sir, but we will be looking else where. I'm sure with your haughty knowledgeable attitude, you will care less to what I have to say.

Always great been going every year since 1994

Feedback:

Called and they have no appointments. Said I could walk-in and wait? I could walk into Jackson Hewitt or H&R Block and wait. No thanks. I will go back to Lilly-Aguire where I can drop my packet off and they work on it. Then call me a few days later when its done.

Feedback:

I had them originally do my personal taxes and LLC taxes and was pleased .My problem arouse when I went in to ask what I had to file to resolve the LLC in the summer of 2013. I was told "nothing" "it will just fall off" Now 2 years later the Texas Comptroller's office contacted me. I had to file 2 forms for every year the business did not make money, pay late fees, $50.00 a year, file 2 forms with the secretary of state, 1 to reinstate the entity as it had been forfeited ( fee $75.00) & 1 to terminate, the entity ( fee $40.00) plus the IRS suggests filing a final tax form & request the ein number be closed.Plus I actually had to go into these offices in Austin. The ad on the radio said they did small business taxes. The head aches & stress this has caused in my life has not been fun. When I called about all this, they seemed surprised I had to file all these forms. They did tell me the state might waive the late fees but offered no further help.

Feedback:

Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Really took the stress off of me, which doesn't happen very easily. We had our personal and business taxes done here. They really care about their clients.

Feedback:

I thought it was ok but then I got letters from irs. Hopefully what they told me to do is what will fix it
