Tropical enclosures installed our poolcage in 2016. While satisfied with the installation, we are EXTREMELY annoyed to find out they do NOT stand behind the quality of the materials they use. The paint finish on the frame sections is oxidizing, bubbling, and flaking off. Scott came to check it out, admitted its a manufacturer flaw that he is aware of (which we confirmed afterward with another screen enclosure installer) but Scott refuses to repair or replace anything. He told us twice to go buy paint and hire a painter or handle ourselves! We would never use this company again nor recommend them.
