Incredible experience in dealing with Tropical Enclosures.....thank you John, Ashton, Scott, Daniel, and Alana for making this a transparent and pleasant experience. I was very impressed with TE's (1) creative minds (in the initial design of the structure, suggestions for enhancing the enclosure, and resolving issues that were encountered along the way), (2) project coordination (I was ALWAYS kept abreast of what was going on and when there might be delays), (3) patience and understanding (admittedly, at times, I can be an irritating micro-manager.....LOL....but, no worries, they welcomed the feedback, questions, and suggestions), (4) professionalism (from beginning to end), (5) price (very fair, considering the amount of work done, and when compared to competitors' quotes), (6) follow-up after job completion (well, we'll see, but I cannot imagine that phase of the project being any less important than the work itself). Thanks again, Tropical Enclosures, for making this major project so easy and such a pleasure. I'm sure we'll be enjoying our enclosure for years to come.
