I have been a Mortgage Loan officer for the last 23 years. in the St Albans -Burlington VT area. I have worked with many attorneys offices in my tenure. And believe me, they are not all the same with the level of service they provide. In fact there are only a few that I would recommend. One of my top attorneys office is Timothy G. Hurlbut's office. When dealing with the public, especially when making the largest asset purchase of their life time, the stress level is at its highest. The general public usually does't understand the requirements that lenders require the closing attorney to perform. Let me make it clear that this office does the best job in balancing the relationship with it clients, realtors, lenders, and other attorneys on the other end of the transaction. Tim's closing team is managed like no other, when it comes to communicating and follow up, even after business hours. They go above and behind in a very professional manner to make sure the transaction closes on time with the least amount of bumps along the way. I highly recommend using this office for all your legal needs.
