I have known and worked with Tim's office for over 30 years. I find him and his staff to be very professional in all my dealings with them. I know several attorneys that wouldn't mind getting his Real Estate Manager to come work for them, she is that good!

Tim and his Staff have been great to work with. I’m just an average Joe kinda guy and when I sat down with Tim he used verbiage that and average joe kinda guy could understand. His staff was great and the pricing was very reasonable, much cheaper then the Attorney’s I’ve used in the past. I highly recommend this office!!!

I have been a Mortgage Loan officer for the last 23 years. in the St Albans -Burlington VT area. I have worked with many attorneys offices in my tenure. And believe me, they are not all the same with the level of service they provide. In fact there are only a few that I would recommend. One of my top attorneys office is Timothy G. Hurlbut's office. When dealing with the public, especially when making the largest asset purchase of their life time, the stress level is at its highest. The general public usually does't understand the requirements that lenders require the closing attorney to perform. Let me make it clear that this office does the best job in balancing the relationship with it clients, realtors, lenders, and other attorneys on the other end of the transaction. Tim's closing team is managed like no other, when it comes to communicating and follow up, even after business hours. They go above and behind in a very professional manner to make sure the transaction closes on time with the least amount of bumps along the way. I highly recommend using this office for all your legal needs.

I have worked with Tim Hurlbut's office for many years both personally and professionally. I have experienced nothing but outstanding service whether it was my personal files or my customers. I work mostly with commercial transactions which are very fast paced. Anytime I need to have a job done quicker than normal, Mindy and her crew get it done without hesitation. Her work is thorough and very rarely do I need to go back for correction or further clarification. I also will quite often use Mindy as a sounding board if I have a quirky thing come up or if I want a second opinion. I have always and will continue to refer customers to this office.

As an experienced real estate broker, I work with many attorney's offices on transactions. Being in St. Albans, many of our clients and customers use the services of Timothy G Hurlbut's office, which is a busy local office, offering many services including real estate. Although they have a high volume of clients, I am able to reach people when I need them. Mindy and Suezie, both in the real estate department, are very knowledgeable in the process, and work very hard to make our mutual customer/client's transactions as seamless as can be, or even harder to bring issues to a resolution quickly so that we may close. If it gets to the level of needing the attorneys to be involved, they are also accessible, and will work through issues to assure their client's needs are met.

I can't thank this office enough and its staff for their thoroughness an attention to detail Mindy did an outstanding job getting all the details necessary to come together for our closing we had a unique situation and it required the attention of someone who will follow details thoroughly and Mindy is that person. She answered every email in detail to every question I asked or my brother asked. And also hats off to Jackie as well. The team at Tim's office is outstanding

My experience is not only personal but on a professional level. I have the utmost respect for any and every person who works with the public. A lot of people are unaware of the process going forward, an introductory letter is always put out whether you are a Buyer or a Seller notifying you of what lies ahead and what to expect. Not everyone is as knowledgeable of the Real Estate field and Mortgages as Mindy is, she is a very hard working person and oversees the Real Estate Dept. and it's staff, this is not an easy task in a Department that turns over a large amount of Real Estate Transactions. It is always with respect and a smile when you work with them. I think people need to have more respect and above all patience when dealing with these professionals, we are all human and bad days happen, a little courtesy goes a long way!I love this office and will always and have recommended them highly.
