I deposit some money into my daughter's account. I was asked my name, I told them after giving my name they check to see did I have an account there even after I told them I did not. They let me deposit money into my daughter's account, but when I asked could they give me a $50 bill in exchange for 3, 20's that I had (they would give me $10 back plus the $50) they told me, "We or low on $50 bill so we can not accommodate you."I could not understand why I was told that until I went to my bank which is Bank of America and explain what happened. They told me that because I was not a member some banks have a policy not to exchange bills. I thought that was very Petty of the Navy Credit Union because even if I was considering being a member, I don't want to negotiate business with them again.Not a fan!

I've banked with Navy Fed for 7 years and this is my local branch. The staff here are always competent and courteous and they have never failed to make sure I get everything I need in a timely manner.

6.11.2018 Very dissatisfied with this credit union!!!! I SUGGEST NO ONE BANK W/THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT! I've been a loyal, active member since my husband became active in the Air Force 2 years ago! Never had any major issues with my account. THEY OFFER ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFITS AS A MEMBER. I had an unbeknownst debit for my car insurance to come out today and a rent check that is scheduled to deposit any day now. Since the unbeknownst debit hit my account, the rent payment will not clear. I have 2 other scheduled deposits to hit my account by this Thursday and after speaking to rep Victoria and supervisor Alise, they offered absolutely no remedy or a one time courtesy to cure or resolve the issue. Supervisor Alise also denied my wishes to escalate the call to a more willing to assist supervisor/manager, the nerve of her. The employees, especially in the member service dept are extremely too comfortable displaying rude behavior and poor conduct w/members. Other credit unions will offer benefits like overdraft leniency but no, not Navy Credit. There is absolutely no desire to continue on as a member here. The reps attitudes were horrible and I felt completely disregarded and dismissed. This bijou issue could've easily been resolved with better customer service from the 2 incompetent service reps I spoke with. Victoria was so rude and disrespectful, while asking to speak w/a supervisor she cut me off and placed me on hold, in the middle of me talking. Clearly coaching and developing is necessary with Victoria. I strongly doubt it but she needs to be reprimanded for her rudeness towards me. This review is not on this location, it is on the company as a whole.

I have traveling all over awhile being in the navy and have used many NFCUs but this is by far the best one. They are extra welcoming and professional. No other location has shown me the same level the respect and courtesy of working with me and explaining to me pros and cons of their different products and services. I actually look forward to going to this bank and talking to the workers.

Customer service is horrible trying to get a mortgage but it so many hidden fees associated with it, if you don’t ask they won’t tell you will be surprised. I regret I ever dealt with them

Susan Rockwell is horrible!!!! NFCU is completely with the buddy system. The supervisors and managers are all friends. They're are a group of liars. Beware and be careful doing your refiance or mortgage loans.They don't deal transparent. Discuss your fees upfront. SUSAN is a snake. She was rude she did not answer questions honestly and she never picked up her direct line. Customer service will not help you they only forward you to vm. Bad business! Worst experience ever.
