We had an issue with our tankless water heater in that the hot water shuts off during the shower. Scott Taylor and Mike came out and troubleshot the problem and determined the cause of the issue. They are super friendly and offer the best customer service I have ever seen. I can only recommend them!

I've had the pleasure of working with Taylor Gas twice and each time has been an easy and enjoyable process. Everybody I've dealt with from the office staff to the technicians and servicemen that installed my equipment were kind, courteous and very professional.The fireplace and tankless water heater they've installed are my first propane gas appliances. I had a few concerns and a lot of questions but Taylor Gas was excellent in easing any worries and answering all of my questions before, during and after installation.I look forward to working with Taylor Gas for any future propane needs and have been recommending them to family and friends since.-Steve

If I could give them no stars I would. They are the worst thieves in the county. Avoid them like the plague. First time we left our new premium 100lb tank to get a new valve installed and filled (with our last name printed on the tank) they lost it. They said one of their guys thought it was theirs and delivered or sold it to someone else. They gave us a refurbished inferior replacement.I was told by Bernard Taylor(one of the owners) free delivery for 100 lb tank or higher and pay by the gallon. First and only visit they added $20 for delivery at the Navy Rec Ctr when they deliver to several people here. They also charged $4.85 a gallon instead of the current market rate $2.99 a gallon. They could easily absorb that fee due to how many clients they have here. (They're here every Thursday) I ended up buying a 2nd 100lb tank to avoid running out too quickly through the winter. Every time I filled they charged me by the tank instead of by the gallon. $100 a fill even if I wasn't empty.I discovered Sneads Hardware near Lusby, which is even closer to the Navy Rec Ctr. They fill by the gallon regardless the tank size. I pay $60-70 a fill instead of $100. Good luck if you're one of Taylor Gas customers. I gave them plenty of chances now I will never use Taylor Gas again. Steer clear of them. We use Suburban now. Much better pricing and they keep their word.Another problem we had with them is when we had auto-fill service. They would falsely say the tank was empty and charge us for a fully filled tank instead of being honest and only charging the amount actually filled. I was keeping track and many times the tank was half full yet they charged as if it was empty. I asked the driver about this and he said it was standard Taylor Gas procedure to charge for full tank fill regardless if the tank was empty or not. Some service. Standard procedure is to rip off your clients. Try Suburban for auto-fill or Sneads Hardware for self fill. At least there you pay by actual gallons filled instead of the size of the tank.The owner response below is ridiculous. Even if there were only 10 customers at the Rec Center, that's $200 a week in extra delivery fees to visit the Rec Center on top of overcharging everyone by saying they all had empty tanks. Neither practice is justifiable.

Outstanding quality and customer service! Taylor Gas completely overhauled our HVAC system as well installed a tankless water heater. No small task but the professionalism and dedication of the crew ensured that we had same day heat and hot water for my wife and I. In addition, they recently installed a new high efficiency gas fireplace to replace our drafty old space. Scott Taylor was onsite for both installations and provided superb customer service. The HVAC technician, Chris and crew were knowledgeable and made themselves available to explain everything they were doing. Fair pricing and quality service are rare these days. From consultation to clean up, the Taylor Gas team has been the most professional service company I have worked with in the County and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC services. Thanks for making our home warm and cozy!

After years of dealing with suburban I moved to Taylor Gas. I cannot day enough good things about them. Their pricing is consistent. They came to my aid within 45 min of calling them that I had run out of propane (due to my own bone headedness) and genuinely have great customer service. I’m laughing that anyone would use this platform to call them theives then reccomend a company (cough cough suburban cough) who legitimately has price gouging reports on all the majors (BBB ripoff report etc) the company who rewards long term customers with price increases to intice new ones with compelling rates (how very metrocast of them) - point is. Do your own research but I highly reccomend them.

I was with one of their competitors for 19 years. After a lot of research I decided to give Taylor Gas a try. Wow what a difference!! Between friendly customer service and price, I knew I made the right choice. Their team came out installed new tanks and took time to ensure every detail was right. You can't find that type of customer service anymore. But you can at Taylor Gas!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Jimmy came out and cleaned our ventless gas fireplace. The time was scheduled from 2-4, but he didn’t arrive until 6. This was okay because we were updated about this throughout. Whether arrived he apologized and took care of business. He was very friendly and very informative with the steps he was taken. He actually explained the way the fireplace worked and explained the remote control and it’s functions. On customer service only they receive 5 stars.
