Last year I hired the service of other company but I was not happy with them and this year I selected this company again for taxation. The accountant was very talented, experienced and professional. She checked all tax files two times and did wonderful work of e filing and taxation.

I have been a client at Tax and Accounting Professionals for several years. When Tom ran the business it was excellent! I never had a complaint. Unfortunately since he sold the business I've had nothing but problems. The staff has forgotten to file paperwork and then lied, stating that they already had. I assume they thought I wouldn't see the submission date listed. This happened twice, but I attempted to give them some grace, knowing ownership changes can come with some bumps. However, this year they made a serious error on my taxes that would have cost me thousands of dollars if I had not caught it myself. They were prepared to file my return as it was; somehow the fact that it was vastly different from the previous 5 years did not raise any red flags to recheck their work! In the midst of this, I couldn't get anyone to return my calls or emails. I had to call numerous times to finally get it fixed. Then I got my bill - increased from any previous year, despite all of these issues. Again, after a week of waiting for a response to my question regarding the bill I had to call again. I'm done. I wouldn't trust these people to file your taxes; if you don't know how to review them yourself, you may not catch their mistakes and be out a ton of money!

I have had my taxes done at TAP for several years. The process was easy and informative. I had Turbo Tax prior this experience and was unaware of many deductions that were shared by the professional. The staff was friendly. I will be a client of TAP for all future tax and financial endeavors.

Worst service ever this year. And I have been goin here for 4 years for my taxes. I must have had to send my return back 4 times with errors. Emails that went unread, and unresponded to and phone messages not returned from both Pam and Ross. It was extremely painful and is now almost July and my return was FINALLY SUBMITTED. The whole time it was like pulling teeth. Please spare yourself and find another accountant

Hands down the most unorganized tax & accounting institution my wife and I have ever dealt with. Horrible communication and double billing after it's been determined that I've already paid....twice. It's hard to believe there could be a worst possible place to handle my affairs. I'm shocked as to why my clients even referred me in the first place. Steer clear of this incompetent establishment unless you enjoy wasting your time, money and energy. And yes, we had errors in our tax return as well. So if I could rate zero stars I would because they 100% deserve that.

I have been going to TAP for years now. While I do often wait to the last minute to call and make an appointment, I have always been able to get in and be seen. I often just bring in my paperwork and sit there and chat as they prepare the forms. They ask detailed questions and I get great incite back from them. We also have a small business. TAP has answered questions for the business. Overall, I am amazed how they get so many people in and processed. I highly recommend and have sent family and friends to TAP.

I am not pleased with the vibe I got from this place. Came in months ago seeking professional advice and help talked with Ross maybe 5 mins. I am just starting out with my business but he told me to just email him my bank statements in the new year and that that was it lol. No explanation to help me understand what was needed of me as a new business owner...I think ok well maybe since its not even tax time they want me to call back when its time for taxes. fast forward to 2016 I call to make an appointment so i can sit down and talk and actually go through all of my stuff... and the lady on the phone says oh ill have ross contact you... No response, no email telling me what I need to bring in to the office. I feel kind of brushed off I will be searching for someone else who is more welcoming and helpful to prepare my taxes for my business!
