Overall Feedback:

Worst service ever this year. And I have been goin here for 4 years for my taxes. I must have had to send my return back 4 times with errors. Emails that went unread, and unresponded to and phone messages not returned from both Pam and Ross. It was extremely painful and is now almost July and my return was FINALLY SUBMITTED. The whole time it was like pulling teeth. Please spare yourself and find another accountant
