NOTE: This is my third edit. I first lowered my rating in light of new information, and am now raising it again thanks to Talent Team's response. I will attempt to retain any important information from before while condensing my review.My big concern was that I was earning a significantly lower wage with Talent Team doing temp-to-hire work than an employee would starting directly with the company. Due to the nature of their arrangement, it seemed very unlikely that the company would hire me directly for the duration of Talent Team's involvement, while it would have been much more likely for the company to hire me outright had I known that was an option.As you can see from their response below, they did in fact reach out to me. (I had difficulty returning the call, unfortunately, due to availability, but I did receive a lovely voicemail. Props to Director of Operations Stacey.) It seems that they did indeed discuss this and come up with some solutions, and I've seen the direct result of that at the company.Even before this, I maintained in my review that their services were thorough and accommodating, and their staff very pleasant to work with. (I personally was initially set up through Hannah at the Orem location.)It's rare that you'll see a company discuss feedback and change policy accordingly to benefit employees like this, and it's even rarer that you'll see them do it so quickly. If I could give them six stars, I would.
