TalentTeam truly is a great place.I love how chill they are as well as diverse in their job options. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far with everyone here. Specifically Lidia. She is super personable, really friendly, fun to interact with, and genuinely amazing all around! First update, Talent team contacted me right away to rectify the issue and try to get me into a different company :). "I almost forgot to mention that one of the co-workers that worked in our section who was hitting on other female staff, made jokes to me and my wife about stealing merchandise, I'm not sure if this is the way he jokes with his white co-workers buts its not professional, especially when you do it more then once, it was more of a forced conversation, and it makes the work environment awkward. I have thick skin so it's not an issue, but for minorities being assigned to this job just know that you might be working with incentive white people. "---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------During the job process we never met the manager or supervisor only the trainer....I was let go for bad performance on the third day of the job, without a reason, and when I say without a reason I mean that no trainer, manager, supervisor, worker ever talked to me during the job, aside from letting me know what I was supposed to do. Now Talent team decided that I'm not fit for any job in their listings. thing is I was working with my wife doing all the same amount of work and they wanted to keep her, even though they had me do all the heavy lifting and we finished the entire order of returns between two people when it was supposed to be a 3 man job and it took 3 days. Mind you our friend who was also hired in the company had more than 3 hours of downtime because they had no order to work on not just one day but every day we were there, she still has a job.... meanwhile I'm working the entire shift. Maybe I wasn't the right fit for the position but to say my performance was poor is a complete lie. What I guess happened is that the guy that was working in our section wanted to hit on my wife because he did not know we're together and that's why they let me go, cause me and my wife had a good team dynamic going.Talent team never answered what the poor job performance was either, so it gets one star, never had this issue before not sure what's different with talent team, but don't waste your time here. This temp to hire jobs are a waste of time, some of the jobs they offer probably only need you for a day or two when their backed up or something and after that they'll let you go.

NOTE: This is my third edit. I first lowered my rating in light of new information, and am now raising it again thanks to Talent Team's response. I will attempt to retain any important information from before while condensing my review.My big concern was that I was earning a significantly lower wage with Talent Team doing temp-to-hire work than an employee would starting directly with the company. Due to the nature of their arrangement, it seemed very unlikely that the company would hire me directly for the duration of Talent Team's involvement, while it would have been much more likely for the company to hire me outright had I known that was an option.As you can see from their response below, they did in fact reach out to me. (I had difficulty returning the call, unfortunately, due to availability, but I did receive a lovely voicemail. Props to Director of Operations Stacey.) It seems that they did indeed discuss this and come up with some solutions, and I've seen the direct result of that at the company.Even before this, I maintained in my review that their services were thorough and accommodating, and their staff very pleasant to work with. (I personally was initially set up through Hannah at the Orem location.)It's rare that you'll see a company discuss feedback and change policy accordingly to benefit employees like this, and it's even rarer that you'll see them do it so quickly. If I could give them six stars, I would.

So far so good. It all happened so fast. I went in on a Thursday talked to Megan for a few minutes. She got me an interview on Friday and I was making a good wage on Monday. This ones only temp though, but I will help her get me a permanent job and that 5th star.
